I cannot access my website

I understand you are undergoing a migration, but it has been more than a week and I still cannot access my website. Firefox gives me an error: "The connection has timed out. The server at wbspensfansite.net is taking too long to respond." I also get the same error trying to log into CPanel.

A few weeks ago, I received an email saying I should log in to the forums because of inactivity. So I did. I don't think that is a problem. Under the new system, I click suspensions and all I see is a red box that says "suspension" an next to it it says 2. is that a suspension? I don't know what to do. Please help me.

If it says your account is active when you first log into Account Panel, you are not suspended.

It does say my account is active.
