Login to cpanel failed with "Login Attempt Failed!" error

Dear Sir,
I am unable to login to my cpanel. Everytime I try to login I get "Login Attempt Failed" error, but I do remember username/password for sure. How do I get through this, please help ?

Try to access the cpanel link from the account management panel --> http://x10hosting.com/control

This isn't working from this link : When I try to login to cpanel it redirects me to https://absolutnew.x10hosting.com:2083/login/...

But luckily I have saved link to my old cpanel ..which is http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/login/
Logging here works.
