Confirmation Email

I signed up for hosting yesterday and I never got a confirmation email sent. I went into the account login and requested 3 times that one be sent to me but I never got one. The only thing I got was an email from MyView survey team which I never agreed to taking online surveys when I signed up. Please help. Thank you.

Yes, I did. It is email through my old university I graduated from and I'm not sure how they handle Spam on the backend. I'll try changing my email and see if that works.
