Well i've never use proxy for abuse just to access some pages those are very slow with my country.
Any if you cannot remove suspension with my account, can you allow me 1 day ftp access so i may copy back my files remain on your server.

You cannot backup your files.At the time of signup you had agreed our tos http://x10hosting.com/tos.php

I think there is nothing you can do unfortunately you are under the zero tolerance policy and we are unable to unsuspend you.
