Perl not installed

Hello x10Hosting,

I recently singned up for a free hosting account, but after logging into my cPannel I didn't saw Perl installed and therefor I need your assistance with this installation. If I'm not mistaken this installation can only be done by the Admin, but if there is an alternative way, please do advise me.

Because I was accustomed to manage perl modules using cPanel but after logging into my account I did not find this option under Software/Services, I thought this isn't available for a free account so i did some verifications and using a simple perl script I found out for myself the Perl modules installed.
