The point is that I can get into my web through a proxy in my browser, but not directly. I don't know if something is blocking my ip.

Are you saying that you can or cannot see your web page from your IP?

If it is just the cPanel, perhaps you are behind a firewall that is blocking the ports.

Have you had too many failed login attempts or is your ISP blocking ports?
