Unable to login into cPanel, access to FTP, or view website address at hhhss.x10hosti

Hello, as the title implies, I am unable to login into cPanel, access the FTP at either hhhss.x10hosting.com or ftp.hhhss.x10hosting.com, and cannot access http://hhhss.x10hosting.com.
The problem occurs after I setup a FTP account with cPanel and attempt to access it with Dream Weaver CS4, it refused connection at both of the listed ftp address above. I switched to trying it with WinSCP with both address, trying both SFTP and FTP, and was still unable to login, either due to plain unresponsiveness or password not recognized. I tried changing the password with cPanel and tried it again, after accessing hhhss.x10hosting.com with the changed password, which was not recognized, I tried it again with manual password and my WinSCP program crashed. I have been expereiencing the above problem since then.

P.S. My Hosting Server is Lotus

When you try to access cPanel, are you saying that the log in screen does not come up at all? Or it does and your password/username is not accepted?

When you try to go to your website via a browser, do you get a timeout?

What happens when you try to go to this site ?

well lotus cpanel is working for me and ftp are you using any firewalls if so disable them or allow ports 21 for ftp and ports 2082 for cpanel

I timeout on all of the above, including that site. I am not using any firewalls, unless my router is doing that, except I am not sure why the sudden change from accessible to inaccessible.

My Port 21 is definitely open between my laptop to router to wan, there's no firewall there that blocks them. It also doesn't explain why I can't access any http content here.

Feels like my IP address might get blocked due to incessant retries to access the ftp server, if I can't even access someone else's x10hosting website.

Seems you cannot access anything on Lotus, even port 80, which indicates your IP is blocked.

Will escalate this to an official Support Ticket so Staff can check it out.
