Unable to login cpanel

I can't login to C panel but able to login to my account
my account is
santhoshkumar.X10hosting.com

please rectify it

I have uploaded two pages only for that it worked well. But after that i can't able to login to cpanel

Have you tried changing your password or logging into cPanel from the account panel (Click login to cPanel from your hosting account summary page)?

I have not changed the password
but I tried to login from the hosting account summary page
(Clicked in the "Login cpanel" in the Hosting Account Management page)

Does it say "Login Attempt Failed!" ?
Do you get to the Login page at all?
Can you see your site via the Web?

It says Internet explorer cannot display the webpage
(The problem faced while uploading the files)
when I click the login cpanel menu goes error
I can see my pages through the web. It worked fine for the files uploaded

It seems that port 2082 and 2083 are blocked by your router or firewall, If you are behind firewall then disable it. Also try to restart your router. Still no solution Contact your ISP.
