Can not login

I am still having problems logging in to upload files. I am using 'FLING' FTP login s/w.
I use the following login procedure:

FTP server: ftp.pvanvoor.x10hosting.com
Username : pvanvoor
Password : (password)
Directory : public_html

My ftp s/w tells me that it cannot connect to the server with the username and password given.

Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong or is the COSSACKS server not quite ready yet.

you have hamburgimm.x10.mx as your main domain. try that as FTP server.
