Can't log into Cpanel anymore, or my FTP

Apparently there was something switched on the back end with the server. My hosting server is now Fris. But I cannot log into Cpanel. It says there is a problem with the website's security and gives me the error "login failed".

I cannot upload to my FTP, I cannot update my website.

I tried changing my password like Derek suggested, and now when I click on the CPanel button the page does't load. I get a "Webpage is unavailable" message, in two different browsers.
More information would be appreciated.

this is also my problem. I experience this just this afternoon, about 5:30 PM +8GMT. "Webpage is unavailable"

Now I am getting the same error as I was at first: I click on the CPanel and I get the error Login attempt failed"

I would like a fix for this,
