Forum layout problem - (site works, layout is damaged?)

The layout as you can see it totally screwed up. Pictures/images are not showing. I have no background or knowledge with smf forums; any help will be appreciated; with money!

I feel like the paths are incorrect. Just get repair_settings.php from simplemachines.org

and upload to the your account. And run it. It will give you option to correct the paths.
