Entire online drive wiped?

More or less this post is me asking why all my website data (wordpress / custom HTML stuff I did), was wiped from the drive. I don't know if this is just some bug with the error, but this angers me greatly. And now also when I try to upload my custom HTML stuff, all the things are 404.


Any assistance will be appreciated.

Please check the status page at http://status.x10hosting.com/. Staff are working on the issue. It's not that the files are gone, but that the SAN (essentially the "hard drive" for user accounts) is temporarily disconnected from the server. Please be patient.
