I was creating google apps for used business mail mentioned wds.x10.bz (my url). Google gives 'mail.wds.x10.bz' a url for mail access('yarlpavanan@wds.x10.bz' through google apps). But it not worked properly. So, I feel x10hosting not allowed for free x10hosting.com users. Could you please guide to me.

You can check this thread there is a way to use Google Apps on X10. I had a problem once and Google Apps was recommended to me.

I was set mx record as 1 - Aspmx.L.Google.com. my google apps assign the mail is working now. but, CName assigning is problem. It ask full qualified url.
