Unable to Login to cpanel Forgot password email not recd

My website is www.mywebs.x10mx which was suspended due to inactivity during a crisis. I logged into the forum but am unable to login to https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php - Forgot Password email is not being received in rekhacl18@gmail.com. Please help retrieve the password and login to unsuspend the account. Regards, Rekha

It doesn't appear that there is a hosting account linked to this forums ID, nor does http://mywebs.x10.mx/ look like an active website. When were you suspended? Accounts are not suspended indefinitely - due to the nature of the business, accounts that are in a suspended state for a pre-determined period of time are terminated.

Please reply with the requested information so we can get to the bottom of this.

Thank you for replying. My username is 'shop'. I see a suspension email around 4 Apr 2013, after which I logged into the forum. I am unable to login to cpanel due to forgotten password. When I click Forgot password with rekhacl18@gmail.com I get a message - Instructions have been mailed to the email address supplied.Please follow these instructions within 24 hours. but no email is received. Wen I tried to register again with the same domain, I get a message that registrations from my region (India) are not being allowed due to abuse. The website is used by me for testing only but I need it.
