If your account was suspended for inactivity - you can un-suspend it from within the Account Portal (AP)
If your account was suspended for some other reason - it will say so in your Account Portal (AP)
You can make a appeal - one time - In your Account Portal (AP)
If you have not made it yet - be sure to make it
The more detail you put in to your appeal as to why x10hosting should lift the suspension - the more likely it will be granted
If you made your appeal and it was turned down - there is no way for you to receive any files or data from your account
I think that maybe because I written Chinese in my website.
You can have a free-hosting site in any language - if not in English or Spanish or French there must be at all times - a easily available link to a full manual translation of all content - in other words a mirror site in English or Spanish or French at the same domain like ==> mywebsite/sub-dir/translation...
