Cpanel login details?

I recently changed web-hosts to x10hosting and I can't seem to figure out my cpanel login details for my website, nor have I been able to find any way to change or even view what the username. Where can I do this, or at least find out what the username is?

The only way I can access it is by my x10hosting account, and since I need to give access to others I don't feel comfortable letting them access my account to do so.
