The upgrade page does not work

Hi,
I would like to upgrade from the free service to the 'Prime Upgrade' service.
However, the upgrade page is not working.

I am on this page:
https://xo3.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess9663715349/frontend/basic/index.live.php?/upgrade

And I click on the 'Learn More' button to go to this page:
https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade

However, the page does not show anything.

Can you help please?

x10hosting is currently changing - updating for weeks now - their program (plans and software) to upgrade free-hosting accounts
you can NOT pay to upgrade your free-hostimg account or pay to renew your current upgrade until x10hosting sets the 'new' software
