PHP extension "soap" must be loaded

I am trying to install Magento. The problem is, there is a error message when I get to the config page, a message on the top says: "PHP extension "soap" must be loaded." How do I enable it?

How do I enable it?

You can enable the [ SOAP ] extension by checking the box in the "Switch PHP Version" section of the cPanel-x3 theme (not x10hosting Basic) - then be sure to click [ Save ]

by clicking the "Switch Theme" button at the top on the screen - after you Sign-in at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - you can choose between [ x10Hosting Basic ] and [ cPanel-x3 ] themes
