Getting database from phpadmin

Hi, I haven't been using x10hosting for a while and I realized that I got suspended and I cannot get my data back from the server.
I need the data from phpmyadmin and is there any way that I could get database as excel file?

if for 30 or more days you did not log-in to the Account Portal - your account will be suspended for inactivity - you can (or could have) un-suspend it from within the Account Portal (AP) at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - but if you do NOT un-suspend it within 21 days the computer (system) will terminate it and delete ALL of its files and databases - anytime after the 21 day delay (total 51 days from last log-in) - NO backups are made
