Inserting HTML, Please Help!

I'm very new to all this and was wondering how I would go about setting my site up my site and inserting the HTML that I have already made.

Just upload the file(s) you have created using the File Manager (in cPanel). your home page should be called index.html or index.htm (or index.php if you're using PHP) in order to load automatically.
