Hi x10Hosting Staff,

could please someone manually park the following domain "dariomattasoglio.it" to my account?

I've done this request in the past for another account and I know it needs a staff manual configuration. I've already created an A record (blog.dariomattasoglio.it) pointing to 198.91.81.6.

Thank you.

It looks like it's working but only the index is showing, have you uploaded any files yet?

It's working because the webserver have responded with the defaut site. But the expected result is the wordpress homepage of this URL (http://dariom.x10host.com/).

Could anyone from Staff please help me?

I've already created an A record (blog.dariomattasoglio.it) pointing to 198.91.81.6
I 'see' domains [ blog.dariomattasoglio.it ] and [ dariomattasoglio.it ]
with IP address of [ 104.24.126.133 ] and [ 104.24.127.133 ] which are CloudFlare's
see --> [ https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/blog.dariomattasoglio.it ] and [ https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/dariomattasoglio.it ]

as a security and verification test - to prevent users from attempting domain hijacking - x10hosting has changed the requirements for free-hosting accounts - you need to set the DNS (Domain Name System) [ NS ] records (for your domain) to x10hosting's nameservers [ ns1.x10hosting.com ] and [ ns2.x10hosting.com ] for all [ addon ] or [ parked ] domains - instead of DNS [ A ] record - before you can add them in cPanel as an addon or parked domain

Just adding an DNS [ A ] record does not work

I assume that do to the restrictions with [ .IT ] domains your domain registrar requires that the nameservers in your x10hosting's free-hosting account have a zone file for your [ .IT ] domain before it will allow you to set the registrar nameservers - if that is true then (as you said) the Admins need to set a zone file for your domain in your x10hosting's free-hosting account
