I created a mail account under my (free) domain, and sent a test message from GMail, which did not bounce, implying that it has been delivered.

I then tried logging in from the webmail link from cPanel.

This leads to a page which offers me a link to a secure webmail login, but also offers the option to login from a URL derived from my domain, (https://kpatel.x10host.com:xxxx), with xxxx being a 4-digit number.

Clicking on the webmail link (the link is:
https://xo1.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess7383070332/xferwebmail/) results in the following message:
A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive. [show] [close]

I then tried the URL based on my domain name. This gets a warning from Firefox about a non-existent https certificate. Ignoring the warning leads me to a page from X10 asking for the email address and password. However, it also warns that "The security token is missing from your request".

On entering the account ID and password, I get the same error as above:
A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive. [show] [close]

I am unable to use the created email account. Am I am missing something important here? What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

With regards,
