File Upload Max Increase

I'd like to upload audio files (church website, we share sermons) but the Wordpress media uploader tells me I have a 2 mb limit. Reading the forum indicates this should be 16 mb. Is that something I need to adjust or is that a setting to fix on your end? If me, where do I make that change?

Personally all the methods on the link did not work for me so I edited the upload and post sized in the PHP options menu section of the select PHP version option in the panel.

Thank you for your reply. Making the adjustment in the PHP options menu was the fix I needed. Problem resolved.
