I've got the same problem. I use it to access a custom start page across three different devices and now my mobile devices have no start page.

Note your websites still exist as files on x10Hosting.com, so log into DirectAdmin and DOWNLOAD A BACKUP OF YOUR SITE NOW.

Perhaps x10Hosting needs to pay a bill or some other simple explanation. But, you should have a backup of your website anyway, right? And, with no one able to load their websites there should be some bandwidth available to download your backup.

Just being prudent here, this is not an editorial comment against x10Hosting as I'd like to load my website as well.

Note I'm connected via my internet service and I'm also connected through my Company's VPN.

Turning off my Company's VPN caused the website to appear, so I suspect my Company's IT Dept has done some webmaster (oops..."web PERSON") voodoo at their end.

Unfortunately, that was just temporary, my site's still MIA.

Apparently a couple people noticed issue with the elementfx.com domain,
maybe there was some issues regarding that domain name
but jumping to conclusions without contacting support is never a good idea.
anyway it appears to working now of course if you have other issues
you can post a new thread.
