Unable to perform the required Password Reset

I can still login to DirectAdmin using my username and password, but when I try to perform the required password reset (Any account that has not been accessed since September 3rd, 2021 must do a password reset) and login via the main x10hosting domain, I never receive an email, regardless how many times I have tried.
