Hi, Suddenly I'm getting the following error when I try to login to my account:
"Error code EB09E9E5C06D7537C. Please go to the support forum for assistance."

This came nearly 2 weeks ago too, I forgot about it thought some temporary issue. Today came back, still same error. Tried password reset too, still no help.
