it can be sorted out but only a staff member or admin can unblock you.
you could try the discord service for faster help.
free forum support may take a while to get a reply

the forums are generally for users helping users where possible.
staff like the admins come in periodically to check the forums.
but are not here on any set schedule so its a waiting game.
