I accidentally deleted the domain that my website was on, so I quickly created the domain with the same name and subdomain "https://nocapapps.x10.mx/". After placing the html back into the file manager just as I had before, the website didn't change from the beginning page. soon after the website was blank with 'apache is functioning normally". I have read other forums with a similar problam, but the answer has been in Wordpress, but I don't have Wordpress installed.

https. I changed the DirectoryIndex to the html file I want it to load, but I'm only getting the "apache is functioning normally" page.

How did you change the DirectoryIndex? What directory are you going to?

It looks like you used the IP address.
You have no SSL certificate for nocapapps.x10.mx so https is not going to work at all.

if you have not yet asked to use the https or SSL you will need to ask for it.
new accounts do not have SSL enabled yet.

did you have a website backup to upload to your public_html folder ??
did it include any installed scripts like wordpress ?
did your website need a mysql database ?

I did have the html file downloaded onto my computer, I did not use any installed scripts, and I didn't need a mysql database.
