Trying to install SitePad but my domain is not showing

I'm trying to install SitePad but my domain is not showing, just a blank page under the drop down menu on 'Choose Domain' section

Can you help identifying what's causing this please

Can you help identifying what's causing this please

What is the default domain? Have you tried to refresh/reload softaculous? May have to login to https://x10hosting.com/login and check there is a default domain in the service section.
