Cant connect to Cpanel nor SFTP

Hi i am unable to connect to my cpanel nor FTP, i am not sure if the firewall at x10hosting blocked me

Can anyone help me check whats wrong?

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

SFTP is not enabled or allowed on free hosting. You must use standard FTP via port 21. The block is from your attempts at SSH. I have removed it at this time.

i got a new PC cos my HDD died and lost the settings to FileZilla, i can login now
