Max upload file size

I use free hosting with WordPress. I want to upload a custom theme to WordPress but the max file upload size is 2MB and I get an error. How do I increase that max file upload size? Can somebody help me? My website is in development and it is decazasigurannet.com

DirectAdmin CP menu > Extra Features > Select PHP version - option tab to increase the upload_max_filesize.
