I'm looking on the cPanel login screens and there is no forgot password option on both port 2082 and 2083. My password works fine to get into my account, but not into cPanel.

cPanel is not letting me login after the transition to Fris. I've changed it twice but still no luck. Thanks.

Thanks again for the help. I have one more issue that hopefully you can help me with. I cannot log onto cPanel, I've changed me cPanel password twice now, but no luck in getting the login to go through. Is this another problem with the new server?

When I go to logon to cPanel I get the following error: fris.x10hosting.com:2083 uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. The certificate is only valid for image.singlehop.com (Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer) Any ideas?

My account (aarmitch) is suspended and moved to another server, it won't let me automatically unsuspend my account. Any help you could give me is appreciated.

Thanks for the bandwidth/disk space increase. My account was one of the unlucky 20-50 that Corey mentioned did not update automatically. Is there any info you need from me to have the increase applied to my account? Thanks, aarmitch

Thanks for increasing the inactivity time frame. It will be much easier making sure I log in before the __ of the month rather than before next Saturday. Also, cheers for the increase in space and BW. I'll definitely be bragging to everyone about how great x10hosting is. :biggrin:

Okay, well nevermind about getting curiousnaturally.com set up here at x10hosting, I found another place to host the website. I'm going to use wordpress - I've heard good things. Any suggestions?

Thanks for replying zen-r. What I meant by transferring it is moving it from where I registered it to a place I can host it. Right now I have it forwarding to my x10hosting website, but I would like to be able to host the site using cPanel. Anyway to do that? Thanks.
