I have opened a ticket with as much information as I have and pointed to this thread for any additional information.

The 503 error is normally a temporary condition. However if it continues I suggest that a ticket is opened.

Is there an issue with inactivity notifications? I received a notification Dec 4 about inactivity, but clearly the previous login to control panel was Dec 2 (screenshot attached). This has happend before. Is ther an issue?
