Help. Am I missing something?

I received an email about a suspension warning for inactivity, which conatined:

We require all users to access our forums and login at least once per month. At this time, your x10Hosting forum account alan1961 has been inactive for 40 days.

Thing is I make a point of accessing the account and reviewing new forum articles usually weekly. Even when I logged in the last login date was shown as only 3 days earlier.

Am I missing something here? Can anybody explain for me?
