Two weeks into this support thread and still nothing is happing. I've tried logging in to cPanel using various computers with various browsers that all have cookies enabled, yet the problem is still there. Please, do help a little.

All my web browsers have been set to accept cookies, and unfortunately the problem still persists.

Title says it all. This is the second time I encountered this problem; I thought it was already fixed weeks ago. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Both javascript and cookies are enabled. I've been using exactly that login page, and it is the thing that's giving me problems. I can access my site just fine; I just need to be able to login. This has been going on for more than a week now.

The login page shows, but no matter how many times I try to log in, just redirects back to the login page.

I managed to correct the problem on my own by resetting some of the aspects in my config files. Anyway, issue here is closed. :smile:

Okay, I finally managed to change the old password (but a new problem arose that I had to open a new support thread, ack). Anyway, please consider this issue closed.

It's nice to see that my site could be accessed again online, but now there is the problem of the site being unable to connect to the database. I have already tried removing the database user and adding it back, along with adding new remote hosts as said in this thread, but the problem still...

I already managed to get into cPanel on fris. I am thankful to find that none of my files have been lost in the process, but whenever I try to access my site online, it shows an x10absol as a prefix to the site address (for short: site doesn't show up and it says it's a suspended page even...

My website's been down for more than a week now for that same reason. It's already driving me nuts, really

I can't login to my cPanel using fris, so I tried what this thread recommended. However, the control panel doesn't recognize my old password and thus I cannot change it. As far as I can see, the status of my site is unsuspended, but I cannot access it anywhere on the web yet. I do hope all...

So it turned out I wasn't the only one with the problem. I also did not modify ANYTHING in my site settings prior to receiving the "Cannot connect to database" error. I really hope that this is an external problem because I checked my databases and usernames and such and they all matched those...

Ugh, I am getting warnings from the collective my site belongs to because of this erratic behavior. "We can't view your site..." I'm sorry, I'm sorry! It's beyond my control... <_< Durnit.

So I'm not the only one with the problem... If this keeps up, the admins of the web listing my site is a member of will send me yet another warning message. (Durnit.)
