Cannot change old password for cPanel

I can't login to my cPanel using fris, so I tried what this thread recommended. However, the control panel doesn't recognize my old password and thus I cannot change it. As far as I can see, the status of my site is unsuspended, but I cannot access it anywhere on the web yet. I do hope all these are simply related to the problems with the server.

Okay, I finally managed to change the old password (but a new problem arose that I had to open a new support thread, ack). Anyway, please consider this issue closed.
