hi, when i click the upgrades link at the top of the page then i get a list of account types. one is called illuminated and has a button for more info. clicking produces a blank page. any ideas?

Is it possible to create an FTP user that can only read / download contents and not upload anything new? Basically I need to be able to have one user that can upload or change the contents and another user that can only download the new contents. is this possible?
