i am ABLE to send and receive emails through my domain which is hosted on x10. i would like to use google apps, but i am not able to change my MX entries. my domain name is www.creativeprints.com.ph.

i'm trying to activate the email on google apps, i have uploaded the html file, but it still won't verify... i guess that's because i need to update my mx entry. when i go to my x10 cpanel, i still can't change my mx entries :( i can't delete the existing entry, and i can't add new entries...

still no update on this one? i just tried it again today and got the same error. hope it gets resolved soon. Edit: tried it again now, still the same error. what am i doing wrong? i tried to just add new mx entries, i get that error. i tried to delete the existing mx entry, still the same error.

me too! i'm getting that error message when i try to edit the mx entries. has anyone solved it yet?

its working! i'm on chopin, and i have started receiving my emails including those from yesterday. thanks so much... great work guys!

i use gmail for my outgoing, so that's half the problem solved. but when they reply, its sent to my domain/x10 account :(

are emails still delayed? last one i received was around midnight (i'm on GMT +8 timezone). emails sent to me are not bouncing back, so i guess they're still on queue. hope this gets resolved soon.

hmmm sorry to be asking the obvious, but have you set up the email address on your cpanel?

i had the same problem a few mins ago. i was able to log into the forum, and then i logged into my account... also no problem. but when i checked my details, i noticed that i was suspended for inactivity :redface: i went through the process and was able to log in within a few minutes.

based on the config instructions, your manual settings on outlook should be: Mail Server Username: yourname+bigfoot158.x10hosting.com Incoming Mail Server: mail.bigfoot158.x10hosting.com Outgoing Mail Server: mail.bigfoot158.x10hosting.com (server requires authentication) port 26

i think there should be no space between best and time, so make it $besttime or $best_time
