Problem sending e-mails

Whenever I try to send an e-mail I get the following error:

Code: 
 Message not sent. Server replied: 
[INDENT]Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
550 Verification failed for <provas@provas.x10hosting.com>
No Such User Here
Sender verify failed
[/INDENT]

Is there a way to fix this?

hmmm sorry to be asking the obvious, but have you set up the email address on your cpanel?
