In my conn.php it has always been "localhost". Where else might I need to change it? conn.php should look like this?

I have "localhost" inserted in the conn.php

I have cleared my cache and flushed dns. I added a new username/password in db and changed it in the conn.php file and got the same error. :dunno: What could I be doing wrong? Help..............
