I have removed all blocked IP addresses as of now and it still gives the same error message. So is this a server issue or my issue?

What things can I try to get this fixed? Any ideas or is it out of my control?

I attempted to access my site today and get this error: Error 503 : Service Temporarily Unavailable. Other people are also having this issue as well. Anyone know a quick resolution? I checked x10 status on free hosting and it states that they are currently up. Thanks in advance.

Nevermind found some other information and deleted the .htacess file and it now works!
