    Can't access cpanel or ftp

    It appears that http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082 is completely down right now. I wonder if they are doing server maintenance on it now. The root webpage: http://lotus.x10hosting.com is working, so the server is up. Probably an issue with cPanel. Steve

    Problems with FTP accounts

    Sometimes when you copy and paste passwords, it will smuggle in an extra space or 2. Try typing your password in letter for letter and see if that works. Hope that helps! Steve
