Can't access cpanel or ftp

Hello,

My web site is up and running but When I try to access the cpanel, I can login but it never loads.
I also can't access my site through FTP.

Please help

Your site is working for me. Can you try to clear your browsers cache and flush your DNS?

My cpanel has been acting strange lately, I'm on lotus and when I login it takes about 5 minutes to load everything. Been having problems with file manager v3 it just says Loading data... for ages. Can't upload anything and my ftp client cannot connect. My site works though.

I know my site is up, Just like sperko, I can't connect using ftp and cpanel takes forever to load and file manager is not useable.

I am having similar problems in the Cpanel. When I go to Advanced DNS , I get an AJAX error:

AJAX Failure! I failed 10 times in a row.

Please refresh the page and try again.

This is when I was trying to access the Zone File records to change/add CNAME records.

Even when I click on the "HOME" icon, it takes well over 60 seconds to load. I am currently at my home, I have approx 12Mbit download and 4Mbit upload. My connection is fine. I just ran the speedtest.

FTP is having an issue connecting too.

I am on the lotus.x10hosting.com server.

It appears that http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082 is completely down right now. I wonder if they are doing server maintenance on it now. The root webpage: http://lotus.x10hosting.com is working, so the server is up. Probably an issue with cPanel.
