What server are you on ?

The db host is : "localhost" the rest of the things you need eg username , db name you will have to make them in cpanel

If your on fris then the server is having some problems : dont write your email in a post or make sure its hidden e.g "wishal dot sahu at gmail dot com" you will get spamed :

If your on the "fris" server then the server is having problems loging people in if you need you files then use ftp

your acount may have been moved but fris is having some problems at the moment , and your mysql problem is to do with the mysql hosts like you said

your server does respond using the link (asking for username,password)

Ftp is working on fris (at the time of this posting) :)
