Cpanel login password problem

I have somekind of problem with cpanel.i cannot login to it.even though i enter the correct username and password it says they are wrong! I tried changing the password but it fails!!! Please solve this problem.

Im guesing your on the "fris" server which is having some problems loging people in if you need your files use ftp

they fixed my cpanel nd account like about in 2minitues after posting this!!!
