I have been waiting for a few days now for a response from x10hosting support agents. It seems like every time I contact them, it always takes several days to reply. They definitely need more agents or to answer tickets if they plan to keep customers.

I was in my cPanel and everything was fine. My website was working like it should. I deleted a folder out of the file manager and my database tables for my website are gone. Also, I've been able to park my domains up until the server move and now I get an error.

I had this same problem before. Remove the domain from the Parked Domains and add it back in again. See if that works.

Doesn't work with custom for me. Works with dot.tk DNS configuration.

I have another domain, computerdirect.x10.mx. I looked it up on the link you gave me and I found this computerdirect.x10.mx A 198.91.81.3 86400s On my cPanel, it says 198.91.81.3 is the shared IP, which is the IP I usually use and usually works.

I have a couple different websites, and can't park my domain on either of them. My domains are from dot.tk. I go into my cPanel, click the Parked Domains icon and type my website in (www.mywebsite.tk). It comes up with an error There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details...

I'm guessing it has something to do with the server changes they are doing. None of my websites are available at the moment.

I registered a free website and my registration has been pending for a while. Who can I talk to about it? It's not for the account I'm on now, it's for a different website.
