whats going on I have been having problems for months? I am unable to use my ftp name and password to upload ftp stuff.Are you ever going to fix this problem or what.I notice I cant sign in any way but with my entire email adress. something is wrong on you end what gives?

for a while I was able to log into my account without using the entire email adress.I could login using my ftp name or my other login name without the entire email adress what gives how can I log into ftp if the system doesnt recognise my ftp account name?
