I'm sorry, Dead-i, but my brilliant idea of restoring a known-good version didn't work. It's just restored the problem as before. Could you reset it one last time, and I'll rebuild it from scratch this time. Thanks again.

Thanks for the reply, Dead-i. Resetting the site seems like the only option, but will that delete the published version as well? I'd like to keep the published site live until I've been able to recreate it. I'd also like to keep the auto-backups (so I can restore a "known good" version). Would...

My new web site has become un-editable. I created it with SiteBuilder, but it has become corrupted somehow and now clicking on "Edit with SiteBuilder" opens a new tab, which freezes saying "Page Loading". Can anyone help me reset the site without using "Edit with SiteBuilder"? Thanks.

Latest update: somebody at x10 must have reset something because I was able to access the site from SiteBuilder, BUT all the content was missing. I then restored the site from the most recent backup, but of course that restored the corrupted version, so I was back to square one! :( Can someone...

Thanks, but that's not it. I only used the standard sitebuilder functionality. Not even any custom HTML, definitely no custom scripts. Is there some way to delete or reset the system from File Manager? I can open that OK.

Sorry to raise this again, but SiteBuilder won't let me edit my site (again). It hangs on the "Page loading" screen. I presume the files/database/whatever have become corrupted. Is there any way I can fix this myself? I don't want to lose the site contents unless there's absolutely no alternative.

I'm afraid it's happened again. I've started a new thread to try to get it resolved. I suspect the problem was because I didn't save/close the site properly after my last edits.

I've just created a new web site with SiteBuilder, but now when I log in and try to "Edit with SiteBuilder" the first part of the home page loads, but when the progress bar gets to 75% or so, it just hangs forever. Is there any way to recover my site without deleting it all and starting again?
