SiteBuilder hangs with "page loading" stuck around 75%

I've just created a new web site with SiteBuilder, but now when I log in and try to "Edit with SiteBuilder" the first part of the home page loads, but when the progress bar gets to 75% or so, it just hangs forever. Is there any way to recover my site without deleting it all and starting again?

I'm afraid it's happened again. I've started a new thread to try to get it resolved. I suspect the problem was because I didn't save/close the site properly after my last edits.

Latest update: somebody at x10 must have reset something because I was able to access the site from SiteBuilder, BUT all the content was missing. I then restored the site from the most recent backup, but of course that restored the corrupted version, so I was back to square one!

Can someone at x10 reset it again please, then I'll restore from an earlier backup, before the corruption happened? Thanks in advance!
