Solution to (1)
I found out that there seems to be a cpanel problem that occurs when you add a domain which has the nameservers not fully connected to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
The simpliest way to solve this is to delete and recreate your account or request to remove domain...
Is it possible to quicken the termination period? I have created another account and could not add the domain.
I need the site up quickly as to inform of my organisation's activities for the upcoming week.

1. My domain is not found in the Cpanel as shown in the attachments.
I have just transferred the co.cc domain from another hosting server and have changed the nameservers to match the nameservers here.
2. Apparently the domain has previewed a page from this hosting as it wrote cpanel...
